Enquiries and job applications
We process the details you enter: first and last name, email address, message, and, depending on the form, company, subject, phone number, and qualifications. We use them to answer your enquiry or consider your application. Providing information is voluntary, but we need the required contact details to respond. Please do not submit sensitive information through these forms.
Purposes and legal bases
Where information is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, we process it under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Other correspondence serves our legitimate interest in answering and handling enquiries under Article 6(1)(f). We meet legal obligations under Article 6(1)(c). Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. Merely visiting this website does not constitute consent to marketing.
Service providers and form delivery
Forms are delivered through EmailJS to Bormat’s configured email inbox. Form, email, and hosting providers may process data as needed to provide these services. EmailJS describes its processing, including international processing, in its privacy policy. Information entered in the forms is not sent to Plausible analytics.
Plausible statistics and cookies
We use a self-hosted Plausible instance at analytics.alpinka.space for aggregate visitor statistics. Plausible does not use cookies or browser storage to track people across websites. Statistics include visited pages, referral sources, device type, and approximate country. After a successful form submission, we record only the form type, without its contents or contact details. This website does not load Google Analytics.
Retention
We retain correspondence for as long as needed to handle the matter, meet legal obligations, or establish, exercise, or defend claims. The period depends on the enquiry and your relationship with Bormat. Contact the controller for information about specific records or to request deletion.
Your rights
Where provided by law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, and portability of your data, and object to processing. You may also complain to a competent supervisory authority, including Poland’s data protection authority, UODO. To exercise your rights, email mboerner@bormat.com.pl.
